Speaking in the state assembly about sex education, the Chief Minister used “vulgar” and derogatory language. The BJP, the main opposition party, has called him a “vulgar” person.
The remarks were made by the Chief Minister while explaining why Bihar’s fertility rate has dropped from 4.2 to 2.9 percent.

Tejesvi Yadav stated that his boss Nitish Kumar’s statements on “Sex Education” should be taken in a positive manner as this day it is taught in biology to every pupil in school and universities.

He further added that the Chief Minister was speaking on facts about “Sex” as many people are quite hesitant to speak over the topic even after it being taught in many institutes.

Meanwhile, the opposition party “BJP’ has called him as one of the most vulgar political leaders in politics.
