His loss will leave such a big hole in our lives that it takes our breath away. We ask that you please respect our privacy and join us in honoring his memory.”

Garrison had also featured in Sister Wives when it was first aired on TLC in the year 2010.

Garrison Brown and his dream of becoming an army officer

Garrison had showcased a keen interest of joining the army from a young age and soon enough he was enlisted as a Nevada Army National Guard in November 19, 2015 after which he moved out of his parent’s home.

His mother, Janelle was not quite happy of him joining the army as he was just seventeen years old during that time. His mother said “He’s seventeen and thinks he’s invincible. At seventeen you don’t comprehend that you actually could get shot at, and those bullets might actually hit you”.

Garrison’s mental health before his death

Garrison’s mother Janelle Brown had mentioned that she was worried about her son’s mental health during her feud with Kody Brown.

Janelle mentioned that “Gabriel feels everything very, very deeply. But he’s also the kid who doesn’t say anything. [Garrison] just seems angry or sadder, like, he’s not as happy-go-lucky as he used to be.

Kody Brown had also mentioned during the show in November 2023, that he didn’t feel that close and more to his sons which was quite saddening.
