International Men’s Day is celebrated every year on November 19 to raise awareness of the mental health of men. There are many men out there who tend to hide their pain and emotional damage which further causes depression and anxiety, and there are even some who suffer childhood trauma but are unable to speak up to anyone.

In a study, it was found that suicide has been the biggest killer of men who are under the age of 45 years old. It helps create awareness for men to talk about mental health. This Day also focuses and helps men embrace and let them open up about their mental stress and health which can be due to personal, financial, or work.
