The Pittsburgh Steelers are apparently fed up with receiver Santonio Holmes off-the-field antics, and have traded him to the New York Jets for a fifth-round draft pick. Holmes is also now facing a four-game suspension, and assault charges. Rather than allow Holmes to distract the team and tarnish their reputation, the Steelers made the decision to let him go.
